Jumbo Jamboree
May 24th & 25th, 2008
What:
An annual fun-fly and airshow hosted by the Mercer County Radio Control Society, the 19th Annual Jumbo Jamboree features the best giant-sized model aircraft and the most enthusiastic pilots around. Guaranteed fun for pilots and non-pilots alike. Admission, registration, and parking are free. Proceeds from food sales will be donated to the Sunshine Foundation to support its Dreamlift program. When:
Pilot registration starts at 8:00, flying at 9:00.
Where:
Warren Kruse Field near Imlaystown, NJ. Take Exit 11 off of I-195 and follow the signs.
Details:
Hot breakfast and lunch available at the field both days. Overnight RV parking OK. AMA and IMAA sanctioned event--Membership in both is required to fly and models must be IMAA legal. 3D models welcome, but 3D flight will be limited to authorized demonstrations.
